New pricing for Whereby Meetings

On top of that, we've made some changes to our Pro and Business plans. And we think you're going to like them.
The big changes
A lot of you had questions about which plan was right for you and your team. To be honest, our old pricing model was too complex. Trying to decipher pricing models shouldn't take time away from you having meaningful and productive meetings.
That's why:
We're changing the way we price Starting from today, we'll charge per user per month.*
We're reducing the price of both plans Pro now starts at $6.99 a month, and Business starts at $9.99 per user per month.
** Previously we charged customers based on the number of participants they can host in a meeting room, plus the number of rooms they want to have on their account.*
Time to go Pro?
Our Pro plan's now bigger and better than ever. A few weeks ago we increased room capacity so that any user on a Pro plan can host up to 50 people in a room. And we're adding unlimited recording, too.
With Pro, there are no time limits on video meetings. Plus, you'll be able to enjoy personalized branding for your rooms, and your own custom subdomain.
Let's talk Business
Our Business plan's designed for growing teams. It starts with a minimum of 10 user licenses, charged at $9.99 per user per month (with a 17% discount when you pay annually).
With a Business plan, you'll enjoy all the features of the Pro plan, plus the added benefits of HD Mode and priority customer support.
We'll also be adding new features to our Business plan throughout 2021 to help you and your team host meetings that are even more productive, engaging and collaborative.
Try for free – no strings attached
As part of these changes, we've decided to make all our plans free to try, with no credit card needed. You can start a 14-day trial for Pro or Business at any time, adding as many users as your team needs, to test out all the features of our new plans. Before deciding whether to pay.

Updates for existing customers
There are no immediate changes for our existing customers (anyone who signed up for a paid Whereby plan before May 10 2021).
Eventually, we will be moving all of our existing paying customers over to these new pricing and plans. As part of these changes, our prices will be exclusive of VAT in countries where this is relevant. You can get ahead of this change by adding your company's VAT number in your Whereby dashboard.
