New integrations and improvements coming to Whereby Pro

We’ve been hard at work lately to make Pro even more powerful, convenient and integrated in your workflow. With these new integrations we hope to make it even easier to invite people to meetings and enable you to work even better together.

Calendar integration

Make any meeting a Whereby meeting directly from Google Calendar (Microsoft Outlook coming!). By installing our Chrome extension you’ll be able to add room links to meetings in an instant.

The Google Calendar integration requires our Chrome extension. If you already use the Whereby recording feature, your existing extension will auto-update to include Calendar support.

Easy access to your rooms

With our new Chrome extension, you can click the Whereby icon in your browser toolbar to see a list of all your rooms and copy the room link — from any webpage you’re on.

Room integrations with Google Docs, Trello and YouTube

Screen sharing is not always enough for collaborative work. With our new integrations you can now open Google Docs and Trello boards directly inside your Whereby room — and all participants can interact with it.

By holding your mouse over the “Share” button in the room, you can enable the integrations you need. Read more about integrations.

New Trello Power-Up

For all Trello users out there; we’ve also released a new Power-Up which enables you jump into a set Whereby room straight from a button on your board. Perfect for standup, planning and brainstorming meetings!

In-room support

By clicking the ? icon in the lower left corner inside a room, you can now search articles in our Support Center while in a meeting. Pro and Business customers have priority support and can also message our support team directly from the room.
