Add XL Rooms
If you’ve ever wanted the flexibility of hosting much bigger meetings with even more people, we’ve just made a change that is perfect for you. Pro users can now enjoy one of our most requested features - XL Rooms - for just an extra $9.99.
This will give you three personalized meeting rooms that can host up to 50 people - all for less than $20 a month. Yoga and fitness instructors will be able to host bigger lessons, schools and teachers can accommodate full classrooms, and businesses can now fit an entire department - or even the whole company - into just one room.

New fullscreen mode
We’ve made some changes to our fullscreen mode this month. You can now enjoy a much larger view of participants or presentations, that takes up the whole of your screen.
You can also access newly added meeting controls, including Share, Chat and Record, that are ready to use whenever you need them, without having to exit fullscreen mode.
Meetings in Japanese
こんにちは to our Japanese users! Whereby meetings happen in every country in the world each day, and we’re constantly working to improve our product for international users. So we’re excited to announce that Japanese speaking users can now enjoy a fully translated meeting experience.
When you next go to start a Whereby meeting, you can change your language settings to the best option for you in the top left corner. Plus, meetings will automatically switch to your browser settings if you already use one of those languages.
