We are delighted to announce that we now offer discounted pricing to Non-Profit organizations. Registered Non-Profits can claim up to 20% off the usual Whereby pricing (depending on the plan type chosen), with no annual commitment required.

  Includes 2000 participant minutes per month and custom branding. You only pay for overages, cloud recording and streaming in line with our usual pricing.

How do I claim the discount?

We’ll first need to verify that your organization is a registered non-profit or charity. Please email support@whereby.com with “Non-Profit Discount” in the subject line and our team will be in touch to request the relevant information required.

Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Whereby AS

2. Offer valid to registered non-profit and charity organizations only.

3. The offer will only be granted once that qualifying criteria have been provided and met.

4. Offer valid on Pro, Business and Build plans.

5. The offer entitles qualifying customers to one of the following:

   1. 20% off Pro or Business plan monthly or annually

   2. Build plan for $0.00 per month

6. For Embedded Build plan customers, 2000 participant minutes per month are included, any overage will be charged as per our standard Whereby Embedded Build plan pricing. Recording and Streaming minutes will also be charged at our advertised cost.

7. To redeem the offer, the customer must email support@whereby.com to receive the qualifying questions.

8. Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.

9. Whereby reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend this offer where it becomes necessary to do so.
