About us
We’ve always cared deeply about people and how they communicate. Users all over the world rely on our products to collaborate every single day. We're helping small businesses, global enterprises, startups, academic institutions, and NGOs to communicate more effectively. We believe that the flexibility to work from any location will fundamentally change work life, and make people happier!
Whereby is made by a team of passionate people in the small, independent company Video Communication Service AS and parent company Videonor AS. Together we are ca. 40 people spread across 12 locations.
Videonor was started in the small coastal town of Måløy on the most rugged Western point of Norway, with 2000 inhabitants. The main investors are a local family office, who are building up a very successful shipyard, actively have invested in building up more than 80 jobs in IT in the local community, including one of Europe’s largest data centers. We live our vision every day and work to extend the priviliges of the flexible working culture to everyone.
